The Finance Department is responsible for the financial management and reporting on the results of operation for the City’s various funds, projects, budgets, and departments. The Department also prepares and administers the City’s payroll system, from time card data entry through check issuance. The Finance Department also prepares quarterly federal and state tax forms. In addition, Finance issues invoices for its accounts receivable, and maintains records for all outstanding amounts owed to the City.
